NAP is short for Name, Address, and Phone number, the three basic facts that identify a business online. It sounds too simple to matter for SEO, but inconsistent NAP data across directories, social profiles, and citation sites is one of the most common, and most overlooked, reasons a business underperforms in local search.
How small mismatches add up
A business that moved offices two years ago but never updated its old directory listings. A phone number written as "+34 722 85 31 39" on one site and "722853139" on another. A business name listed as "InfoWebPlus" in one place and "Info Web Plus SL" in another. None of these look like a big deal on their own. But search engines use exactly this kind of matching to decide how confident they can be that all these mentions refer to the same, real business. Too many mismatches, and that confidence drops.
Fixing it once, properly
Auditing and correcting every existing listing by hand is realistic for a handful of profiles, but it does not scale. Our Entity Stacking packages are built around exactly this problem: every profile we create carries identical, current brand data from day one, and it is tracked in your dashboard so mismatches do not quietly creep back in over time.
If you already have an established online presence and want to know how consistent it currently is before deciding what to fix, that is exactly the kind of gap a full SEO audit is designed to surface.
