Problem
An advisor covering many services and many countries has a large site by nature. Visitors arrive with one question and need a clear path to the right page, and the content has to stay manageable as it grows.
Solution
WordPress development, page preparation before content moved into WordPress, and technical consulting on the current site. InfoWebPlus is also building the new website, which is in progress and not live yet.
Full analysis
Bradford Jacobs is an independent advisor for international hiring and expansion. InfoWebPlus has worked with them on WordPress development, page preparation before content moved into WordPress, and technical consulting, and is preparing their new website. The new site is not live yet.
The client
Bradford Jacobs (bradfordjacobs.com) advises companies on Employer of Record (EOR), global payroll, entity formation, PEO, recruitment and global expansion strategy. According to its own site, it was founded in Edinburgh in 2001 and has offices in Sliema (Malta) and Edinburgh (Scotland). It describes itself as an independent advisor rather than an EOR provider: it compares providers and recommends the best fit.
The challenge
An advisor with many services and many countries has a large site by nature. A visitor usually arrives with one question, such as "how do I hire in Belgium without a local company?" or "is my current EOR too expensive?". The site has to send that person to the right page quickly, and the content has to be organised so that it stays manageable as countries, providers and guides are added.
What we did on the current site
- WordPress development on bradfordjacobs.com, which runs on WordPress.
- Page preparation before migration. Pages were prepared and structured before their content was moved into WordPress.
- Technical consulting on how the site is built and run.
The new site, in preparation
InfoWebPlus is building the new Bradford Jacobs website. It is a private preview that search engines are blocked from until launch, which is the right practice for a site that is not finished. As of 2 November 2026 the preview includes about 90 pages:
- a Europe hub with EOR and entity-formation guides for 32 European countries;
- a comparison hub with 11 provider comparison pages;
- a partners hub with 5 partner pages;
- an EOR savings calculator on the home page and an employer cost calculator for Belgium;
- a pricing page and an insights section.
The screenshots section below shows the current live site and the new site in preparation, labelled as such.
Where it stands
The work on the current WordPress site is delivered. The new site is still in preparation and has not been launched. We will update this case study when it goes live; we do not publish traffic or lead figures we cannot back up.
What a local business can take from this
- One page per question. If you offer several services or work in several towns, give each one its own clear page instead of one long page that says everything.
- Answer the first question with a simple tool. A small price or savings calculator can do what a phone call does today.
- Keep a test version private until it is ready. Hide the new site from Google until launch, so the unfinished version is never indexed.
