Usually the connections around it, cleaning task creation, maintenance routing, or owner reporting, rather than replacing the booking platform itself. Most of these tools have solid APIs we build against.
How many properties do we need to make this worth it?
It usually pays for itself somewhere around 15-20 properties, when the manual coordination work is clearly eating someone's week. Below that, a lighter setup with a couple of automations is often enough.
Can this handle owner statements in multiple currencies?
Yes, when the underlying booking and expense data already carries currency information cleanly. We would check that first, before building the reporting layer on top of it.
