Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use browser localStorage for cookie consent, theme preference, quote form autocomplete, and optional quote-calculator data when you allow it.

• Remember light/dark theme preference in localStorage (via next-themes — not a traditional cookie)
• Load Google Tag Manager only if you consent to analytics or marketing categories
• Store optional quote-calculator technical metadata on submit only if you consent to the Tracking category
• Store quote contact fields in localStorage after a successful quote submit to autocomplete on a later visit (see implementation note in compliance documentation)

Cookie and consent categories

Our banner lets you control these categories:

Essential

Required for basic site operation and security. Always active. Includes server-side rate limiting that uses IP and User-Agent (not controlled by the banner).

Analytics

If enabled, loads our Google Tag Manager container, which may run analytics scripts configured inside GTM. We do not list specific product names here because they are set in GTM and may change.

Functional / preferences

Stores theme preference (light/dark/system) in browser localStorage through next-themes. This is not a cookie file but behaves similarly for persistence.

Marketing

If enabled, GTM may load marketing or advertising scripts configured in our container. Specific vendors are not confirmed in this policy.

Tracking (quote calculator)

If enabled, allows collection of optional technical metadata when you submit the quote calculator. Without this category, quote technical metadata is not collected on submit.

Use our cookie banner, reopen preferences from the site footer if available, or your browser settings.

Third-party services

Some services process personal data when you use forms or when optional tags load. This list describes services, not only cookies:

• Attio (CRM) — contact, quote, referral, and waitlist submissions
• Resend — transactional emails (form confirmations and internal notifications)
• Sanity — website content and legal page text delivery
• Vercel — hosting and deployment of the website (may retain standard server access logs)
• Google Tag Manager — optional third-party scripts in our container; loads only after analytics or marketing cookie consent (specific tags are not listed here and may change)
• Cloudflare (if enabled) — CDN, security, and client IP via cf-connecting-ip for rate limiting
• Breezy HR — job listing metadata when the jobs API is used

Consent storage

Your choices are stored in localStorage under the key cookie-consent (including necessary, analytics, marketing, tracking, and a timestamp) for 365 days, after which the banner reappears.
